What you need to know about Agloco

With Agloco you have to use the Viewbar to accumulate ‘Agloco Hours’ and this is something we already know.
Agloco will convert these ‘Agloco accumulate hours’ not into money but most likely into Agloco shares. Agloco has no yet public shares to distribute and is at this time not profitable and we know how its founders failed the first time they tried this kind of venture with AllAdvantage.

“Remember, the company is 100% owned by the Members, so we will put the cash to work to best reward the Member/shareholders of the company.” (stated at agloco.com - see this page)

This is not true, it is definitively not owned by it’s members. It is a private company owned only by a very few.
Agloco has built in several mechanisms to control the amount of cash they will eventually distribute: limits on hours, conversion rates of shares or cash, reserving the right to kick anyone out for any reason. These built in ‘firewalls’ are there for the protection of the founders and the business but they can also be used quite easily to manipulate the user base to extract the most from them while reciprocating a minimum. It’s quiet a few months now Agloco is asking it’s members to use actively the not yet functional Viewbar, they even implored to use the ask.com search engine, something that seems to me like cheating the ask.com. Few days ago Agloco sent out a email asking members to sign-up to personafile.com using the Agloco referral link. Yes, they sent out to all it’s members that mail (see my previous post about the personafile message from Agloco). What are the return so far from Agloco after asking members to do the work? Agloco got one million of members because they worked to build a network… should Agloco have been more active in member communication there may be much more members at this moment.

“AGLOCO always said that it would pay Members when it become profitable

I wonder how many of the Agloco members would go to work at a company that said: We’ll hire you, but you’ll have to work for several months without pay. We’ll give you a salary as soon as there is a comfortable balance between our revenues and expenses. How comfortable would it have to be before a member get a few cents?
Tell me now who is going to surf, with a quiet useless viewbar just for a promise (opps… Agloco never promised anything!) of some kind of payment when Agloco’s accounting is comfortable? Who will use the Viewbar without knowing when or if they will ever be compensated? Nobody of course! Maybe some recruiter and the new affiliates. They will use the Viewbar one time, maybe a second time… they will see no results and will run away.
Unless Agloco development team don’t change their way of doing things Agloco can be said to be done. Some will even deny what is in front of their faces and keep on promoting Agloco. But it won’t matter.
Agloco strongly need members but without a user base, Agloco’s advertisers will pull out since there is no audience. And at this time Agloco don’t seems to have any advertisers… just one partner (ask.com) and one affiliating partner (personafile)… and we don’t believe it will bring that much in members pocket.

I still wonder why so many people believe Agloco is 100% owned by the Members.
